Staying in our B&B between Castelnaudary and Carcassonne allows you to discover both the charm of the medieval city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and a boat trip on the Canal du Midi.
Our central location makes us an ideal base for exploring this magnificent region of Occitanie.
Our accommodation
Our beautiful mansion dating back to the 18th century, dominates a magnificent garden of 1.3 hectares, with centenary trees and a charming little stream.
Our 4 rooms are entirely renovated to offer you all modern comforts while retaining the true spirit of the house.
In summer, breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking our gardens, offering you a splendid view of the Orangerie.

Our guest rooms between Castelnaudary and Carcassonne
Our estate with swimming pool is located in the heart of the village of Villespy, opposite the town hall. We are 50 minutes from Toulouse and 30 minutes from Carcassonne. Castelnaudary is 15 minutes away.
Access via the A61 is easy. Take either the Castelnaudary or the Bram exit.
Near our B&B between Castelnaudary and Carcassonne, be sure to visit Montolieu, the famous “Village du Livre” with its many bookshops and artists’ studios, as well as Saissac and its impressive medieval castle offering panoramic views of the Montagne Noire. These two picturesque villages, just 15-20 minutes from our estate, are testimony to our region’s rich Cathar heritage.
